Nationwide Estate Tabletop Rental Faqs
Select your tabletop setting. All contain a dinner plate, salad plate, water goblet, salad fork, dinner fork, knife and teaspoon, as well as placecards and candleholders. Tablecloths, napkins, centerpieces and additional china, crystal and flatware are also available. Your order will be delivered two days prior to your event.
At the time of booking, a security deposit will be charged. Upon receipt of merchandise in its original condition, the deposit will be credited. All dishes, cutlery and glassware are to be thoroughly rinsed and air-dried before packing for return. NOTHING IS DISHWASHER SAFE!! Everything must be returned to us within two days of your event to insure full credit. Be sure that everything is packed back into the original box taking special care that all of the items are wrapped and cushioned so that nothing will get broken in transit. A late fee of $50.00 per day will be charged for every day you are late. If you have not returned the items within ten days of the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and we will not reimburse your deposit.
All cancellations thirty days prior to the event will be reimbursed at no charge. If you cancel less than thirty days but more than fourteen days in advance of the delivery date, you will be reimbursed for the deposit and will receive a credit to your Ritz Connection rental account for the rental fee, which can be applied to any future rental. You may not cancel fourteen or fewer days in advance of the delivery date.
