Reminiscent of more gentle times when playing dress-up was fun and it was in vogue to be ladylike.  In creating these very special petits fours, we combine our melt-in-your-mouth shortbread cookie and our fabulously moist and delicious cake layers and enrobe them with luscious chocolates.  Each confection is adorned with a hand cut flower that is fashioned from chocolate fondant.  Varieties include Chocolate Mint, Banana and Coconut Creme, Raspberry and Lime.  6 confections are presented in an elegant gift box and tied with a beautiful bow.
