Be the talk of the town when you serve these yummy tidbits!  Crab is the ultimate crowd pleasing appetizer.  Our popular Crab Cakes are mostly crab with just enough seasonings, panko crumbs and egg to make the perfect two-bite treat. 

Crab Cakes arrive the next day frozen and are packed on a recycleable Styrofoam tray.  Please cook from frozen and remove from the tray before cooking.  Preheat oven to 400 degress for 10 minutes.  Remove the plastic wrap and product from the tray.  Place on a lined baking sheet on the middle rack of oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crisp, then place on a paper towel to absorb natural moisture.  Top with a red remoulade and serve.  Do not microwave.
