Be the talk of the town when you serve these yummy tidbits!  Our Roasted Vegetable & Cheese Tartlets are made with an all-butter pastry dough filled with an egg custard and a blend of cheeses that envelope our slow roasted vegetables. 

Tartlets arrive the next day frozen and are packed in a recyclable oven-safe tray.  Please cook from frozen.  Do not remove tartlets from tray until after cooking.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees for 10 minutes.  Remove the plastic wrap from the tray.  Place tray on a foil-lined baking sheet in the middle rack of the oven for 25-30 minuters until the tartlets are browned on the bottom and top.  Let cool.  Failure to use baking sheet may cause melting of the tray.  Do not microwave.  Do not use a toaster oven.
