For our Artichoke and Red Pepper Crostini, we start with a savory blend of artichokes and roasted red peppers and blend with Gruyere cheese.  This all melts atop crisp toasts.

Crostini arrive next day frozen and are packed on a recyclable Styrofoam tray.  Please cook from frozen and remove from tray before cooking.  Preheat oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.  Remove the plastic wrap and product from the tray.  Place on a lined baking sheet in the middle rack of oven for 10-12 minutes or until bubbly and crisp.  Do not microwave.
