Our charbroiled baby burgers may be small in stature but they are big on flavor. For our Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola Miniature Burgers, we start with two basics; a charbroiled all-beef burger and an artisan bakery's bun made especially for us. The mini burgers are topped with sliced Spanish onions that are caramelized for over an hour with butter and herbs. We then add crumbled Gorganzola cheese to create a delectable flavor explosion.
Mini burgers arrive the next day frozen and are packed on a recyclable Styrofoam tray. Please cook from frozen and remove from tray before cooking. Remove the plastic wrap and burger from the tray. Microwave (for best results) Wrap 6 mini burgers in a paper towel and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 60-90 seconds or until heated through. Microwave cooking times may vary. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove frozen mini burgers from the tray and place on a large pieceof foil. Sprinkle up to 1 tablespoon of water evenly over the top of the burgers (to create steam) and seal foil tightly. Bake on the middle rack of oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
